• Thank you to Bobby Vail for leading both services in Worship this morning.  Too, thank you to Helena Essery for leading in music at the Brookfield Church.
  •  Rev. Beth   is on vacation from July 19 to August 9 – in case of emergency people can contact their Clerk of Session:  Donald Matheson in the Glasgow Road Church; Allister Cummings in the Brookfield Church; Kent Smith in the Hunter River Church; or Joy MacIntyre, the Clerk of the Joint Session.  Bobby Vail will be doing pulpit supply.
  • Monday, August 2nd   – Prayer Meeting at 7pm at the home of Shirley and Philip Weatherbee’s.  Consider this your invitation to attend.
  • Mondays – On Mondays people of all ages are invited to join in a group walk which is part of the “Go Walk” program, a part of participation in Go PEI.  We will meet at the Central Queen’s Health Centre at 6:30 p.m.  For further information call Elaine Smith at             964-2878
  • August 5 – There will be a “Jam” Session at Shirley and Phillip Weatherbee’s on Thursday, August 5 at 7:30 p.m.   All welcome.
  • August 7 – Hunter River will host a Pancake Breakfast at Marco Polo Galley Restaurant from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 7.  $6 for adults and $3 for children under 10.   All welcome
  • August 11 – There will be a Community Shower for Melissa (Andrews) and Kelsey Morrow on Wednesday, August 11 at 7:30 p.m. – All Welcome.
  • August 22 – Reserve August 22 at 7:30 p.m. for a Concert of Sacred Music by  “On Eagles Wings”, Noel and Bev Fancy from Nova Scotia  will come to Brookfield Presbyterian Church.  Freewill offering will be taken.
