Brookfield Pastoral Charge

• Congratulations to Glenda Axworthy and John Cummings as they unite in Marriage at the Brookfield Presbyterian Church on Saturday, July 17 at 2 p.m.  May they be blessed from this day forward.
• Rev. Beth   will be on vacation from July 19 to August 9 – in case of emergency people can contact their Clerk of Session:  Donald Matheson in the Glasgow Road Church; Allister Cummings in the Brookfield Church; Kent Smith in the Hunter River Church; or Joy MacIntyre, the Clerk of the Joint Session.  Bobby Vail will be doing pulpit supply.
• Monday, July 19^th  – Prayer Meeting at 7pm at the home of Shirley and Philip Weatherbee’s.  Consider this your invitation to attend.
• Mondays – On Mondays people of all ages are invited to join in a group walk which is part of the “Go Walk” program, a part of participation in Go PEI.  We will meet at the Central Queen’s Health Centre at 6:30 p.m.  For further information call Elaine Smith at 964-2878
• July 21 – There will be a Kitchen Party/ Fundraiser to help David and Joy in their expenses for their trip to Poland on Wednesday, July 21 at the Winsloe Lion’s Hall at 7:30 p.m.  Donations at the door.
• July 27 – The Glasgow Road Board of Directors will meet at the Church Hall on Tuesday, July 27 at 8 p.m.
• August 22 – Reserve August 22 at 7:30 p.m. for a Concert of Sacred Music by  “On Eagles Wings”, Noel and Bev Fancy from Nova Scotia  will come to Brookfield Presbyterian Church.  Freewill offering will be taken.
