 Gideon Update

They priase the Lord that they have been able to distribute over 600 testaments to the grade five students on the island.

They have also placed a supply of Bibles in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.  Please note that if you are visiting patients in the QEH and you would like to offer them a Bible there is a supply of Gideon Bibles at the Pastoral care office. When you give a Bible, the patient is asked to keep it and take it home.

In May 09 they were able to place a “Take One” distribution box for testaments in the waiting room at the QEH and since then 117 testaments have been taken. They also have a distribution box at Open Doors Thrift Shop and 50 testaments have been distributed since Sept. 09. They continue to praise the Lord for these opportunities to offer God’s Word to whoever wants one.
